In this role, you’ll provide timely deliveries across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., while building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Manage and service your assigned route throughout the Towson and Owings Mills areas by providing exceptional support to existing customers while introducing tailored product solutions that help their businesses succeed. Keep invoices organized and up to date while conducting routine inventory checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction by recommending products and services that align with their operational needs. Take initiative in renewing service agreements, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to continued revenue growth.
Perform all duties with professionalism and a strong focus on workplace safety. Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and operational procedures while representing Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply on the road.
