Job Description

  • Serving Customers with Professionals in both English & Bahasa Language
  • Answer customer questions quickly, accurately, and in a friendly manner.
  • Provide product or service information clearly and informatively.
  • Handle customer complaints or problems with effective solutions.
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
  • Support Sales & After-Sales Service
  • Collect & Analyze Customer Feedback

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma, Bachelor's or Master Degree from any major
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in related field
  • Having good communication and problem solving
  • Having experience for handling soft and hard complaint from customer
  • Fluent in english and bahasa for written and speaking
