We’re looking for a bubbly, positive, customer-focused professional to join our fast-growing Member Experience Team at ‘Team RH’ HQ in Gateshead.
This isn’t your standard customer service gig. You’ll be supporting the Payments and Retentions team by proactively handling often complex situations, recognising and dealing with any issues, helping to retain our members and problem solving.
