Customer Service Representative with Spanish

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless order management? Join ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence and become part of an international team where you will play a key role in supporting customers, managing the full order lifecycle, and building strong customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing day-to-day support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Track and monitor orders in SAP, proactively identifying and resolving issues or deviations.
  • Prioritize urgent orders and coordinate corrective actions when required.
  • Oversee shipment activities, monitor stock availability, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Handle production and order-related exceptions, including stock surpluses, order closures, and other supply chain challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Support the Sales team by sharing customer feedback and service-related insights.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and cooperate with Credit Management teams when necessary.
  • Identify potential service risks and coordinate corrective actions to minimize business impact.
  • Set up proactive alerts and conduct regular order book reviews to anticipate customer needs and prevent potential issues.
  • Continuously look for process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to make decisions independently.
  • Experience with SAP and order management systems will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
