About Your Company

As a Customer Relationship Officer at the hiring company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere for the esteemed members. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering member engagement, and promoting the company's amenities and offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Member Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with the members, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

• Promotion Act as a brand ambassador for the company, actively promoting and highlighting the facilities, services, products, and events to potential and existing members.

• Guest Services Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all members and their guests, ensuring they receive personalised attention and assistance throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury club or hotel setting.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for member management and communication.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
