
The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for providing high-quality customer service, driving sales of banking products, and supporting branch operations.
(1) Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
(2) Assist new customers in opening accounts and guide them through the onboarding process.
(3) Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines during onboarding
(4) Help the customers to onboard in Digital Banking Experience
(5) Complete customer handling and daily operation of lounge
(6) Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all customer interactions and operational tasks.
10) Meet individual sales targets by converting leads into successful sales.
11) Support the branch manager in executing marketing campaigns
12) Managing Lounge access of customers and providing Elite customer service
13) Managing Louge inventory management. coordinating with vendors for timely supply of items required for the lounge
Qualifications: Graduation
Experience: 1 to 5 years
