You will act as the key link between Colt and its customers, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the service lifecycle. You will support sales colleagues with revenue‑generating activities, while serving as the primary point of contact for customers post‑sale. Working closely with internal teams, you will proactively manage queries, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions.
