Customer Relations Management Associate

Your role

• Create, maintain, and update customer accounts, pricing information, and sales-related data within CRM and SAP systems.
• Manage customer master data, sales territories, commission tables, and account records.
• Support customer account setup, archiving, merging, and ongoing data maintenance in Salesforce.
• Process pricing updates, promotions, rebates, royalties, and related reporting activities.
• Coordinate data transfers and support commission processing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer lists and business records for sales and marketing teams.
• Serve as a SAP Power User, providing process support, troubleshooting, and guidance to colleagues.
• Assist with SAP Business Warehouse setup, user support, and training activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support documentation and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate CRM operations.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a BPO, customer service, CRM, order management, or business operations environment.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar business systems.
• Strong SAP-ERP knowledge and experience supporting business processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
