About the Role

Join us as a Customer Relationship Executive and become a key player in managing relationships with Origin's top high-value business customers. This is a frontline role in a fast-paced inbound contact environment, designed to deliver a premium service experience. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that takes ownership and accountability for getting things right, ensuring customer satisfaction across the entire journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value business customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve complex customer issues through collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, and generate insights through data analysis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving customer-centric strategies.

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a B2B environment managing high-value clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team culture and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals.Open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and team development.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, with strong time management skills to effectively prioritise and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems; knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
