We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate – D2C Brand to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the growth of a fast-paced direct-to-consumer business. This role combines customer support, marketplace operations, sales through consultative conversations, and on-ground brand engagement to create meaningful interactions across every customer touchpoint.
As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will engage with customers across multiple digital channels, support marketplace operations, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to brand events and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer queries, and representing a lifestyle brand with professionalism and warmth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support through WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, email, and marketplace platforms.
- Guide customers on product features, usage, care instructions, and styling recommendations while providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through consultative conversations and relationship-building.
- Handle order-related queries, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase support while ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Support marketplace operations by maintaining product listings, monitoring customer reviews, and coordinating promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of delivery-related issues.
- Assist in managing peak sales periods, promotional campaigns, and operational activities to maintain service excellence.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, pop-ups, retail events, and other customer engagement activities while gathering valuable customer feedback.
- Share customer insights and market feedback to support improvements in products, services, and customer experience.
- Support influencer collaborations, product sampling, B2B inquiries, and other brand growth initiatives as required.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–3 years of experience in D2C customer support, e-commerce, customer success, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
- Experience handling customer interactions through social media platforms, especially Instagram Direct Messages, WhatsApp, email, and chat support.
- Proven ability to drive sales through consultative conversations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in design, lifestyle, home décor, or consumer brands with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working across customer support, marketplace operations, and on-ground brand events with flexibility and ownership.
