We’re looking for a Store Support Representative (SSR) to visit our client locations across your territory, assisting with product promotion, equipment evaluation, and basic troubleshooting. This role offers a hands-on, dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do
As an SSR, you’ll:
- Visit client locations spread across a large geographical territory Monday through Friday to meet project goals.
- Interact with store employees, management, and customers to provide exceptional service.
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting, software installations/removals, and site cleaning.
- Evaluate equipment conditions and complete project-related tasks.
- Plan and manage daily service visits with appropriate flexibility, incorporating extended driving time to and between assigned locations.
- Use a phone-based ticketing system to record activities and ensure timely reporting
- Overnight stays may be required 20% to 30% of the time, depending on the territory

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record in good standing.
- Travel Readiness: Comfort with daily travel over long distances.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
