Job Description


Industries: Building Materials/ Tiles/ Construction/ Interior

Location: Across Malaysia (Mainly Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Klang)

JD:

1. Responsible for expanding the market for ceramic tile products in Malaysia, focusing on developing building material dealers, renovation companies, real estate projects, and contractors.

2. Communicate, negotiate, and sign contracts with clients of different ethnic backgrounds (Malay, Chinese, Indian) using Malay, Chinese, and English.

3. Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new clients and markets.

4. Collect local competitors’ pricing, promotions, and new product information; regularly submit market trend reports.

5. Represent the company at local Malaysian building materials exhibitions and industry events.


Requirements


  • 3–5+ years experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (building materials / construction industry preferred)

  • Strong trilingual communication skills (Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia)

  • Experience dealing with Chinese business networks is a strong advantage

  • Proven ability in client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals

  • Willing to travel across Malaysia
