Are you a customer service professional who has the drive to perform, excel and improve constantly? Then this opportunity in automotive retail might be perfect for you!

We are part of the Lithia Motors family. The fourth largest auto dealership group in the country with over 180 stores. Lithia is about providing customers with an honest, simpler buying experience, all the while working in a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.
  • Call sales customers to follow up on their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle.
  • Listen to incoming calls and coach team members on improving their customer communication skills.
  • Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.
  • Draft response letters to the DOJ as necessary.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Available on Saturday.
