Job Description

The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for promoting and selling university programs to prospective students, responding to enquiries across multiple channels, and guiding students toward the most suitable program. The role focuses on delivering an excellent student experience, building strong relationships, and achieving enrolment targets through effective customer engagement.

What We Expect from You

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Convert leads into applications through outbound calling and follow-up activities.
• Provide accurate information on programs, admissions, and student services.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate student records and update relevant systems promptly.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve the student journey and overall experience.
• Support inbound and outbound sales activities, including cross-selling relevant programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve student recruitment and enrolment goals.

What You Should Bring

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in B2C sales
• Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional email writing and communication skills.
• A positive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Good judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
