Customer Relations Consultant

3‑Months | Part‑Time - 3 days per week

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from team members for a 3‑month, part‑time Customer Relations Consultant opportunity within the Sales and Customer Relations team.

This role plays a key part in supporting customers before they arrive on camp, ensuring their needs are understood and met while contributing to strong retention, sales support, and customer satisfaction outcomes.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with customers and building strong relationships
  • Is organised with great attention to detail
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Wants to gain or build experience in customer relations and sales support

This internal opportunity offers a great chance to step into a customer‑focused role, work closely with sales and centre teams, and contribute to team success during a busy period — all while living our GABC values.
