What is the role of a Customer Relations Associate - Collections?

As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.

  • Contact customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances.
  • Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations.
  • Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy.
  • Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes.

What are we looking for?

  • Willing to work full time in the office (Onsite)
  • Can work on weekends (consecutive days off via rostered team shift) & holidays with premium pay
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes.
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes.
  • Must have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and valid IDs prior to applying
