What is the role of a Customer Relations Associate - Collection Services?

You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.

• As a problem solver, this position is ideal for those who are curious and driven to uncover solutions!
• You will manage a portfolio of accounts or work through a Dialler system, dedicating half of your time to tracking down customers and the other half to negotiating, helping them find a sustainable way to address their financial challenges.

• Willing to work full time in the office (Onsite)
• Can work on some holidays with pay
• Some experience working towards deadlines, targets or KPIs
• Proven record of commitment and excellent attendance record
• Clear, confident English communicator with the ability to persuade or influence people
• Competitive personality and drive for success
• Respectful and empathetic
• Must have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and valid IDs ready before applying
