Customer Quality Supervisor
•Own the customer quality interface, leading root cause analysis and containment of non-conformities (customer & cross-dock), ensuring fast resolution and protecting customer satisfaction.
•Drive quality performance through data, monitoring external PPMs and NCEs, leading structured problem-solving (8D), and ensuring robust PPAP approvals while cascading lessons learned across the plant.
•Champion SQDCM excellence, aligning quality actions with operational targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthening a zero-defect culture across cross-functional teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing/automotive environments. Advanced english.
•Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools and methodologies, including Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, Process Flow, 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma, as well as SPC and Minitab.
•High-performance mindset, with strong analytical skills, and a results-driven approach aligned with standards, and Continuous Improvement.
