• Be responsible for design quality including activity during development and continuous improvement after mass production for issues related to design.
• Handling customer complaints from CN market to ensure customer satisfaction and support Sales for business development.
• Lead quality activities during product design and development phases.
• Ensure quality planning in design projects, including: APQP/DFMEA/DVP&R etc.
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Project teams to identify and mitigate design risks.
• Ensure customer and regulatory requirements are properly translated into design specifications.
• Responsible for customer complaints handling (focus on parts from Group company)
• Act as the main point of contact for customer quality issues.
• Lead customer complaint handling with group company PQM/Quality departs on RMA goods review，Containment actions, root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions.
• Manage and respond to customer reports, scorecards and KPIs.
• Support launch and change management from a customer quality perspective.
• Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements (CSR) and applicable standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years’ work experience of customer quality handling, and 5+ years’ experience in quality management.
• Strong APQP/FMEA experience. • Qualified as VDA 6.3 & VDA6.5 auditor is preferred.
• Broad knowledge and experience of AIAG 5 quality tools APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
• Complete understanding and knowledge of IATF16949.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good Oral and written English.
