Job Description

  1. Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Handle abnormal issues in customer receipt and make preliminary verification and judgment. Ability to describe faults, manage analysis processes, and set up corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  3. Contain/isolate defects at the customer site based on risk assessment and preliminary FA analysis.
  4. Follow up on module assembly processes at customer sites, collaborate with customers to resolve issues, and identify potential risks based on technical expertise.
  5. Proactively report issues and handle emergency cases independently.
  6. Summarize customer quality issues and take ownership of resolution in the assigned areas.
  7. Ensure the quality problem-solving process aligns with customer requirements.
  8. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  1. Up to 3 years of customer quality engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
  2. Solid understanding of the 8D process, electronic circuits, and semiconductor processes.
  3. Strong communication skills in English and Korean, with the ability to work under pressure.
  4. Basic knowledge of image sensor principles is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, with a basic understanding of statistical analysis and strong reporting skills.
