Tasks:

• 监控客户门户网站并第一时间传递给内部相关部门。Monitor the customer portal website and promptly communicate it to relevant internal departments

• SOP后的客户0KM和售后问题的接收，组织团队对问题进行分析，确定整改措施和落实效果，完成8D报告提交。Receive customer 0KM and after-sales issues after SOP, organize a team to analyze the problems, determine corrective measures and implementation effects, and submit an 8D report.

• 制定产品审核规范，并按照要求完成产品审核。Develop product audit standards and complete product audits as required.

• 负责客户质量指标监控和报告，针对潜在改善，驱动内部进行优化。Responsible for monitoring and reporting customer quality indicators, driving internal optimization for potential improvements.

• 作为客户端质量部门的接口，支持SOP后的相关变更工作。As the interface for the customer quality department, it supports relevant change work after SOP.

• SOP后主导客户审核/拜访；Lead customer audit/visit after SOP

• 遵守舍弗勒关于环境和安全生产的规定和法律法规，正确使用个人防护设备，参加相关的环境和安全生产的培训，立即向上级报告事故或不安全方面。Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor.

  Requirements:

  • 有国内主机厂客户合作相关经验和电机生成质量管理相关经验优先，Prefer to have experience of working with COEM and quality control of E-Motor production.
  • 熟练使用质量相关工具，如FMEA,SPC,MSA,PPAP,APQP,8D,CP等，Familiar with quality tools, such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, CP.
  • 3~5年的汽车行业工作经验 3~5 years working experience in automotive.
  • 职业经验：专科或本科学历，工程类专业，Education / Certification: vocational education or bachelor degree or similar in engineering or equivalent
  • 可以用英语沟通(口头和书面)，熟练使用office 软件。Be able to communicate with English (both oral and written) , Familiar with office software.
  积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作，优秀的沟通能力。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player, Outstanding communication skills.
