This position, located in the business unit Customer Project Management at our Jenbach HQ, focuses on driving innovation and operational improvements for customer projects. You will introduce and implement new tools, methodologies, digitalization, and AI initiatives to enhance project delivery, working closely with Digital/IT and other internal, cross-functional teams. Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of new customer project management methodologies, tools, and operating models
  • Support digital tool adoption, digitalization initiatives, and AI integration from a business and customer perspective, in alignment with Digital/IT and other organizations
  • Lead innovation, transformation, and change management initiatives across the Global Customer Project Management business unit
  • Manage cross-functional projects and drive collaboration across departments
  • Transfer knowledge and best practices to the broader organization through support and training
  • Work proactively and independently, with attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years previous experience in project management with innovation focus
  • Educational background in business, IT, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or cross-functional studies
  • Affinity for data, IT, and a customer- and business-centric mindset with innovation track record
  • Very strong analytical background: understanding how innovations can be used to create tangible business benefits
  • Intellectually curious, adaptable individual who thrives on learning new skills and domains rapidly
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and cross-cultural skills
  • Strong drive to innovate and learn, with broad interests and comfort in an international, intercultural environment
  • Industry experience is welcome, especially in Energy and Power Generation
  • Additional experience in related fields is a plus e.g., IT, Digital, Engineering, Consulting, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Sales
  • Excellent English skills. German is highly preferred and beneficial; we support language development for the right candidate. Other languages are welcome
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
