Microsoft Consulting is helping organizations reinvent business processes, workforce productivity, and operating models through Cloud and AI. We are seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager (CPM) to lead strategic consulting engagements and large-scale transformation programs for Financial Services and Public Sector customers in Brazil.

As the primary consulting delivery leader, you will be accountable for customer outcomes, executive engagement, consulting business performance, financial management, and successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI.This role goes beyond traditional project management. We are looking for a consulting leader who can influence executive stakeholders, shape customer transformation agendas, identify new opportunities, and help expand Microsoft's consulting impact in a rapidly growing market.

Responsibilities

Lead Business Transformation

• Lead complex Cloud, Data, AI, Security, Copilot, and Business Applications transformation programs.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and customer stakeholders.
• Align delivery execution with measurable business outcomes and customer priorities.
• Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and value realization.

Deliver Consulting Excellence

• Own end-to-end accountability for consulting engagements from inception through successful completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, engineers, and partners.
• Ensure predictable delivery across scope, schedule, financial performance, quality, governance, and risk management.
• Manage executive escalations and complex stakeholder environments.

Drive Business Impact and Growth

• Partner with Account Teams, Customer Success, Industry Advisors, Solution Specialists, and Consulting Sales to support customer transformation strategies.
• Identify new consulting opportunities and expand Microsoft Consulting's impact within strategic accounts.
• Contribute to opportunity development, solution shaping, executive presentations, and pursuit activities.
• Support customer value realization, consulting revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrate urgency, accountability, and business acumen in driving customer and business outcomes.

Lead in the AI Era

• Help customers accelerate innovation through Microsoft Cloud and AI.
• Lead transformational initiatives involving Copilot, Azure AI, Data & Analytics, Security, and Modern Work solutions.
• Champion AI-first approaches that improve business performance and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 5+ years' experience in project management OR equivalent experience.
• Consulting, program management, financial management, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Experience managing revenue forecasts, consulting engagement financials, profitability, and resource planning.
• Demonstrated business acumen and success contributing to account growth, opportunity development, and strategic customer engagement.
• This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Cloud, Data, Security, AI, or Copilot transformation programs.
• Experience working with Financial Services or Public Sector organizations.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments.
