Job Description

Tasks:

• Provide high‑quality support to customers and partners, building lasting relationships.
• Creating and following up on offers
• Order entry and processing
• License management and renewal
• Close collaboration with the key account manager and internal specialist departments
• Determining, recording and monitoring customer needs per project and comparing them with incoming orders
• Coordination and management of cross-departmental sales projects, including coordination with internal departments and external partners.
• Supporting Sales management in budget planning, forecasting, steering and the implementation of strategic sales initiatives.
• Creation and Maintenance of Customer Master Data

Profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training with professional experience, ideally in sales administration
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and processes
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good written and spoken English language skills; Mandarin language skills are an advantage
• Sales-oriented, analytical thinking for project contexts
• Excellent communication skills and joy interacting with customer
• Independent, structured and reliable work ethic
