
Join the Customer Programs team and support process improvements, research projects, and paperless‑workflow initiatives while offering fresh insights into how we serve our customers.
What you’ll do:
Assist with research for customer programs and ongoing department projects
Support organization and paperless initiatives, including scanning and filing
Review legacy system records and validate updates in C2M
Review processes, identify gaps, and help create customer‑facing quick reference materials
Partner closely with staff to complete assigned tasks and contribute new perspectives
If you’re organized, curious, and ready to help improve customer‑facing programs, this internship gives you hands‑on experience and meaningful project work.
Experience/Education
Currently enrolled in an accredited associate or bachelor’s degree program in technical writing, communications, business administration, public administration, English, or related fields.
Eligibility Requirements
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and a variety of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and management
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral communication and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills

Pay Scale
1st Year of College completed: $17
2nd Year of College completed: $18
3rd Year of College completed: $19
Graduate Student: up to $25 - Pay commensurate with experience
Internship Duration: May 18th – August 7th
