Are you passionate about building trusted customer relationships-As a Customer Programme Manager at TT Electronics in Fairford, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class experience for our customers while helping our business grow.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, becoming the link between our customers and our Sales, Engineering and Operations teams. From leading business reviews and managing contracts to forecasting revenue and resolving challenges, you'll make sure our promises are delivered on time, every time.

This is a role where commercial awareness, customer focus and collaboration come together. You'll identify opportunities, reduce risk, improve performance, helping create lasting value for both our customers and TT Electronics.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading customer interactions, including regular meetings, business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Ensuring all customer commitments are met or exceeded.
• Seeking out new business opportunities.
• Managing and resolving issues and escalations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, including revenue, order intake and backlog.
• Overseeing contract execution to minimise risk and ensure compliance.
• Securing timely payment collection and managing pricing deviations.
• Maintaining accurate data within the ERP system.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
• Utilising standards tools and processes to regularly report to TT Electronics' leadership team on account status, opportunities, problems and outlook.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

What We Look For:

• Proven account management experience.
• The ability to read and analyse periodicals, business reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.
• The ability to read a P&L, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• The ability to solve practical problems.
• The ability to use MS Office software, including building spreadsheets, databases, gantt charts, slide presentations, and business systems software (CRM, ERP).

You'll be primarily based at our Fairford site, but also may be required to work from another TT site. Some UK, and occasional international travel may be required.
