• The Customer Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects, from initial kick-off through to handover to the Liberec plant. Acting as the primary interface between the customer and internal stakeholders (including Sales, FAE, Program Engineering, and Procurement), the role ensures clear communication and alignment across all parties.
• The Customer Program Manager is accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined quality standards, ensuring a smooth transition into series production. This includes proactive risk management, early identification of potential issues, and implementation of mitigation actions.
• In addition, the role facilitates regular coordination meetings - typically on a weekly basis - between the customer and internal teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned customer programs from project kick-off through to handover to the Liberec plant
• Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal stakeholders (Sales, FAE, Program Engineering, Logistics and Procurement)
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and transparency across all involved parties
• Drive project execution to meet agreed timelines, budget targets, and quality requirements
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, including implementation of mitigation actions
• Monitor overall project progress and ensure timely escalation of critical issues
• Facilitate regular (weekly) coordination meetings with customers and internal teams
• Ensure a smooth transition from development phase into series production
• Create project planning (Gantt Chart) together with the Program Managers in Liberec

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in project management, program management, or supply chain operations
• Experience with project planning tools (MS Project or Kanban)
• Business travel within EMEA up to 50% of the time, international travel as needed
