The Marine Engine & Services Product Line supplies gas turbine engines to power the U.S. Navy and over forty international navies. This role provides people leadership to the Customer Program Manager team and Product Ops team in support of executing programs for the business to ensure key business objectives such as NPI, delivery, cash collections, and customer experience are met to deliver successful outcomes for GE Aerospace and our Customers. This role provides a vital connection and interface between Engineering, Operations, Sales and Business Development, and our customers. There is autonomy within the role in managing and executing contractual arrangements.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization. You will be involved in long-term planning and the management of complex issues within your area of expertise. You will provide people leadership to the Customer program manager and product operations teams and contribute to the overall business strategy, growth and execution. You will need to balance challenging technical, schedule, and budget targets and drive program management rigor. The position is on-site in Cincinnati.
