Role: Customer Profiling Executive

Reports To: Profiling Manager

Location: Ireland

Role Purpose:

The role of a Customer Profiling Executive is to manage risk for digital and retail customers as well as reporting on various customer performance metrics to management teams. Additionally, the team will support other areas of the trading team and the wider business as required.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• To manage risk at customer level by making data driven decisions to categories customers into the appropriate risk profiles.
• Report on various customer performance metrics and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
• Authorise or limit online bets above the standard online limits by making real time decisions based on customer value, market position and risk appetite.
• Monitor both digital and retail bets being placed in real time via the bet scroller tool and taking appropriate action by risk factoring relevant accounts at the earliest opportunity. As well as ensuring that the relevant teams are alerted to any pertinent business.
• Run various bespoke reports to identify customer cohorts and review their business accordingly.
• Liaise with the Retail Operations Team to assist with a range of various queries.

Role Requirements:

• Must be willing and flexible to operate a 7-day rota from 8am to 9pm.
• Previous experience within a Sports Trading Team is essential.
• Very good knowledge of the sports betting industry
• Interest in various Sports, including but not limited to Horse Racing and Football
• An ability to utilise analytical tools and develop skills in understanding their output, in order to make data driven decisions
• A good knowledge of the Boylesports systems
