About the Role
Support the adoption of a technology-driven culture by contributing to strategic architecture decisions across IT and business domains.
Execute enterprise architecture initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensure compliance with security standards, and deliver scalable, integrated, and reliable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement architecture governance, enhance solution quality, and leverage technology to deliver business value.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Solution Architecture & Design – 25%
Apply architecture principles, technology standards, and best practices to design solutions that address scalability, integration, availability, and performance requirements to deliver robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Design solution components using established architecture frameworks
Assess technical options and tradeoffs for business requirements
Document architecture designs and technical specifications
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture roadmap
2. Architecture and Development Governance & Compliance – 20%
Participate in the implementation of architecture management and governance processes to ensure consistent adoption and alignment with enterprise standards across all solution deliveries.
Support development and architecture review processes and assessments
Ensure project deliveries align with architecture policies and standards
Work with risk and compliance teams on security requirements
Maintain architectural compliance documentation
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration – 20%
Work with application development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and reliable solutions that meet business and technical requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with development teams throughout solution lifecycle
Build and apply integration patterns across on-premise and cloud environments
Partner with business and technology teams on architectural decisions
Support solution development from design through implementation
4. Technology Culture & Innovation – 15%
Support the development of a technology-driven culture across IT and business units by promoting innovation, agility, and alignment with strategic objectives to maximize technology value.
Promote adoption of scalable and reliable architectural solutions
Contribute to strategic architecture decisions
Identify technology solutions to address business challenges
Support operational efficiency through technology implementation
5. Architecture Quality & Continuous Improvement – 10%
Participate in working groups to improve architecture quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture standards and practices to enhance overall solution quality.

Share knowledge and best practices across teams
Support establishment of architecture patterns and guidelines
6. Strategic Engagement & Business Value – 10%
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to understand organizational strategy, develop solution options, assess tradeoffs, and contribute to key architectural decisions that support long-term goals to deliver business value through technology.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT systems design
Hands-on experience implementing solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
· Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
