Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
Manage customer orders, forecasts, and logistics requirements to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, resolving order-processing and supply chain issues.
Coordinate production, inventory, and shipping plans with logistics, warehouse, and operational stakeholders.
Monitor customer demand variations and adjust production and delivery schedules accordingly.
Optimize transportation and export activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Oversee finished goods inventory levels, stock accuracy, and returnable packaging availability.
Track logistics performance indicators, analyze deviations, and lead corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure proper communication, reporting, and documentation while escalating logistics incidents when necessary.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or a similar environment.
Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
German language skills are considered an asset.
Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to make sound, data-driven decisions and solve operational issues effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
