Bring clarity, speed, and accuracy to every customer order—ensuring seamless execution from intake to delivery while driving a best-in-class customer experience.

Your role:

  • You will manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle—from intake through fulfillment and recognition—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all transactions.
  • You will coordinate both manual and automated order flows, including returns, credits/debits, and free-of-charge transactions, maintaining full visibility and control of the process.
  • You will proactively identify and resolve exceptions (non-touchless flows), addressing root causes to improve order accuracy, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
  • You will monitor order status and communicate real-time updates to internal stakeholders, enabling transparency and informed decision-making across sales, logistics, and finance teams.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, maintain clean data in systems (e.g., ERP), and ensure adherence to established order management and logistics procedures.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education with 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Operations or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • You bring strong working knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) processes, including order entry, returns handling, and exception management.
  • You are detail-oriented with proven experience managing data accuracy, transactional integrity, and administrative workflows in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and proactive issue resolution.
  • You demonstrate the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain a high level of accountability and ownership.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role in Costa Del Este.
