Job Title

Customer Order Intern (all genders)

The team is responsible for supporting the implementation and improvement of the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales process in DACH region.

Your role:

  • Supporting the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.

  • Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization.

  • Updating relevant systems with actual data & creating and updating relevant reports.

  • Supporting team in defining areas for process improvements.


You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies.

  • You are available to work at lest 25h/ week.

  • You are fluent in English (at least B2), good level of German will be an added value.

  • You have c omputer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office), good communication and analytical skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
