Internship Overview

The Customer Operations Support Student Intern will assist the Customer Operations team in providing administrative, operational, and data management support to ensure efficient customer service and business operations. This role offers students hands-on exposure to customer operations processes, business systems, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and updating customer-related records and databases.
  • Support the team in processing customer requests, inquiries, and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, and spreadsheets.
  • Help coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer-related activities.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis to maintain data accuracy.
  • Assist in generating routine reports and presentations for management review.
  • Support documentation, filing, and organization of operational records.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend efficiencies where applicable.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform other administrative and operational support tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program such as Business Administration, Management Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Must be eligible to complete internship/OJT requirements as prescribed by the school.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
