About the Job

As a Customer Operations Specialist on our International RSS team, you will provide end-to-end operational and administrative support for our international customer base. You will play a crucial role in managing configuration setups, and maintaining high-quality account data. Working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, you will drive process improvements, and leverage modern tools for automation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of operational projects while growing within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous quality assurance checks, data audits, and record validations to ensure systemic accuracy across all restaurant, hotel, customer, and group accounts.
  • Build, analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc operational reports and promotional management templates for key stakeholders.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement operational enhancements, utilizing modern AI and automation tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage business projects, refine team documentation, and support the development and communication of team processes.
  • Identify data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, completing data entry, documentation, and routine tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Manage competing priorities to ensure all operational deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative, operational, customer support, implementation, or hospitality-related role.
  • Experience managing data entry, maintaining customer records, and using CRM or administrative software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS technology industry.
  • Prior background onboarding customers, delivering software training, or conducting quality assurance audits.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, data analysis, and promotion creation systems.
  • Familiarity with OpenTable products and restaurant operational workflows.

Benefits

  • Benefits of this role will be discussed during the interview process.

Work Environment & Flexibility

At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations.

Inclusion

We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.

If you need accommodations during the application or interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations.
