An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Operations Officer to join the team.
The role is integral to the planning and delivery of services to our regional customers. Key interfaces include Airline Support Teams (ASTs), Induction Planners, Fleet Planners, Customer Operations Managers, Engine Value Streams and Service Line teams.
You will be part of a small cross-functional team with a broad range of services planning responsibilities, requiring the ability to build close working relationships and adopt a flexible approach.
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of services delivery tasks in-region. The role is not specifically customer or product aligned, meaning you will be required to adapt to changing business and customer needs.
