Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Operations Manager to bring operational clarity, structure, and accountability to our customer base.

This role exists to ensure that the company operates based on real customer reality, not assumptions, anecdotes, or individual memory.

You will sit on the Revenue & Growth side of the organization and work closely with customer-facing teams to make sure no customer gets stuck, ignored, or lost in the system.

You will report directly to the Head of Customer Revenue.

What you will do

As Customer Operations Manager, your responsibility is to maintain end-to-end operational control over the customer lifecycle.

You will:

  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date operational view of all customers
  • Identify customers who are inactive, stuck, or at risk
  • Define and track clear customer statuses and ownership
  • Open and track action items with the relevant teams
  • Ensure issues are followed through and closed
  • Escalate unresolved items when needed
  • Provide clear weekly operational snapshots to leadership
  • Identify recurring operational patterns and breakdowns

Requirements

Experience we’re looking for

  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, customer operations, or business operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems and operational dashboards
  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams
  • Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Infrastructure environments
