We are looking for a Customer Operations Manager to bring operational clarity, structure, and accountability to our customer base.
This role exists to ensure that the company operates based on real customer reality, not assumptions, anecdotes, or individual memory.
You will sit on the Revenue & Growth side of the organization and work closely with customer-facing teams to make sure no customer gets stuck, ignored, or lost in the system.
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Revenue.
