We are seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support our team. This role follows a hybrid schedule and is open to candidates based in either Calhoun, GA or Carnegie, PA. and will be reporting to the Regional Manager of Customer Operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory.
  • Coordinate field operations, including scheduling service visits, coordinating technicians, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage warranty and non-warranty requests from start to finish — quoting, approvals, scheduling and close out.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Drafting, Project Management, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain and Installation to ensure complete alignment.
  • Negotiate pricing and scheduling with vendors or contractors when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (CRM) and support finance with invoicing.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and transparency throughout the process.
  • Participate in weekly WIP (Work-in-Progress) meetings, sharing updates on service progress and results.
  • Continue developing product knowledge to support troubleshooting and solution-oriented discussions.

What you need for success:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or field operations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce (CRM), and ERP systems (Syspro experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.
  • Proven ability to build trust, manage relationships, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others, solving problems, and finding creative solutions.
  • Combines operational precision with a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Able to make informed decisions quickly and confidently while maintaining a high level of service
