Position Title: Customer Operation Specialist

Reports to: Customer Operation Senior Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Operation Specialist to join our growing EMEA Order to Cash team at our SSC in Łódź.
In this role, you’ll be a key link between our business and our customers. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end order cycle, resolve customer queries and work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, builds strong relationships and knows how to turn challenges into solutions.
And there’s more: you’ll be joining a newly established team and helping shape the way we work from the very beginning. Some team members are already on board, and we’re now looking for a few more talented people to complete the team.
Some business travel may be required, with further details shared during the recruitment process. The planned start date is January 2026 and will be confirmed at a later stage.
