Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Ingénieur Déploiement et Support pour rejoindre notre équipe à Clichy (92) Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le déploiement, le support et l’optimisation des solutions Sectra dans le secteur de la santé, en garantissant le succès de nos clients et en contribuant à de meilleurs résultats pour les patients dans le monde entier.

📌 Vos missions principales

Vous combinerez des activités de déploiement avec du support technique de haut niveau Vous ferez partie du département « Customer Operations », en collaboration étroite avec les ingénieurs systèmes, chefs de projet, spécialistes applicatifs et équipes de support internationales.

🔹 Déploiement

  • Installer, configurer et mettre à jour les solutions Sectra.
  • Planifier et exécuter des déploiements techniques.
  • Échanger efficacement avec les interlocuteurs techniques chez les clients.
  • Participer à des projets d’intégration ou de migration avec les systèmes hospitaliers (PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7…).

🔹 Support

  • Fournir un support technique à distance ou sur site.
  • Gérer les incidents de bout en bout, avec un suivi rigoureux.
  • Tenir à jour les tickets d’assistance et la documentation technique.
  • Proposer des améliorations pour les solutions Sectra et nos processus internes.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de notre support global.

Vous développerez une solide compréhension des systèmes informatiques hospitaliers, des protocoles de communication et de l’interopérabilité, tout en travaillant sur des technologies qui soutiennent directement les parcours patients en France.

We are currently looking for a Deployment and Support Engineer to join our team in Clichy 92. In this role, you will play a crucial part in deploying, supporting, and optimizing Sectra’s solutions in the healthcare sector, ensuring our customers' success and ultimately improving outcomes for patients worldwide.

As a Deployment and Support Engineer, you will combine deployment activities with high-level technical support. You’ll be part of the Customer Operations department, working closely with system engineers, project managers, application specialists, and global support teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deployment
    • Install, configure, and upgrade Sectra solutions.
    • Plan and perform technical deployment activities.
    • Communicate effectively with technical counterparts at customer sites.
    • Support integration and migration projects with healthcare systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, etc.).
  • Support
    • Provide both on-site and remote technical support.
    • Own incidents from reporting to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
    • Update helpdesk tickets and maintain clear technical documentation.
    • Proactively provide feedback to improve Sectra solutions and internal processes.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our global support organization.

You will develop a strong understanding of Hospital IT systems, communication protocols, interoperability frameworks, and work with technologies that directly support patient journeys in France.

Since we follow the same processes worldwide, you will also have opportunities to collaborate internationally and even work abroad for shorter or longer assignments

Compétences requises :

  • Diplôme Bac+3 ou Bac+5 en ingénierie, informatique, santé numérique ou domaine similaire.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
  • Intérêt marqué pour les systèmes IT de santé et l’impact sur les soins aux patients.
  • Solides compétences en informatique, notamment dans l’environnement Windows
  • Forte capacité d’apprentissage.
  • Esprit analytique : vous aimez décortiquer et résoudre des problèmes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Organisation, proactivité, capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.

Compétences appréciées (atouts) :

  • Expérience avec des systèmes médicaux (PACS, RIS), protocoles DICOM, HL7, normes IHE.
  • Expérience en support technique ou helpdesk.
  • Connaissances en SQL Server, AlwaysOn, réseau, Active Directory, clustering, scripting, Azure, VMware
  • Maîtrise d'autres langues.
  • Expérience interculturelle.
  • Centres d’intérêts variés (sport, musique, aviation…) montrant votre curiosité et votre engagement personnel.

Required qualifications:

  • Strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications (nice to have):

  • Experience with medical IT systems (PACS, RIS), DICOM, HL7, IHE, and other interoperability standards.
  • Experience with IT service desk or technical customer support.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server, SQL Server AlwaysOn, networking, Active Directory, server clustering, scripting tools, Microsoft Azure, VMware.
  • Multilingual skills beyond the required languages.
  • Experience working with different cultures.
  • Extra-curricular interests (sports, music, flying, etc.) that show curiosity and engagement beyond work.
