Customer Onboarding Product Manager

-

Lead and manage the ongoing quality of the Onboarding process for our customers making first impressions from day 1 of installation.
Facilitates information validation and team decision making process to provide meaningful product improvements and achieving business goals.
Providing direction to team activities while exercising independent judgment and reaching a crisp resolution.
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives

  • Managing the WW Technical Support COE products accountable for the following:
  • Define strategy, monitor and improve the product performance
  • Lead & manage smooth launch of new products
  • Lead the interface between customers, marketing, R&D, and Service organization including implementation of new processes to improve work methods
  • Establish and lead the COE quality strategy in the service organization including Installation quality programs
  • Manage E2E cross organization projects
  • Be the Installations and early life products Center of knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • Team lead experience of minimum 2 years- Must
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience with customer facing
  • Understanding of HP Indigo product & core technology - advantage
  • Background in the printing industry - advantage
  • Experience in leading process improvement and leading lean methodologies – advantage
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive vision and strategy definition
  • Ability to work under pressure environment
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • B.Sc. degree - advantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - must
