Customer Master Data Analyst

• This role is responsible creating and maintaining partner master data. Identifies process improvements, and offers support to the sales team via Contract Administrators. Analysis information received to process or update correct partner's information.
Responsibilities
• Analise requests received to confirm information is correct to process them and be able to provide a resolution with accuracy and within SLA. Manages partner master data process ensuring accuracy, SLA commitment.
• Maintains and updates partner records information in Click&GO, Partner portal, etc, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains and updates process documentation.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and works with the team to implement changes.
• Provides support to requestors by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with partner setup related tasks.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in customer support, sales operations, sales support, people management, customer master data management or a related field.
