Joining our International Sales & Marketing Department means working in a stimulating international environment at the heart of the development of our ISA and Export markets. You will contribute to increasing the visibility of our offerings, accelerating our digital transformation, and supporting the growth of more than 80 markets worldwide.

As part of a collaborative and multicultural team, you will have the opportunity to lead a variety of marketing projects, interact with numerous international stakeholders, and actively contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

As an International Customer Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Customer Marketing & Communication Manager within the International Sales Department, based in Obernai, France, in a permanent position (CDI).

What will you do?

• Define and implement the marketing visibility strategy across ISA & Export markets, ensuring alignment between product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Drive the performance of digital channels (CMS, SEO, analytics) through the creation and optimization of web content.
• Create, adapt, and localize marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, web content) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate customer events to strengthen brand visibility and partner engagement.
• Support local teams in the use of branding tools and guidelines, while sharing best practices.

What about you ?

• You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• You have initial successful experience in marketing or communications, ideally in an international environment.
• You have a solid understanding of digital marketing levers (SEO, SEA, SMO) and experience managing 360° marketing projects.
• You are comfortable using digital and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SAP, AI tools) and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
• You are proactive, autonomous, customer- and results-oriented, and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
• You are fluent in English and either French or German.
