Job Summary

To
grow the client’s crop care brands and strengthen market share, through executing
marketing strategies, brand consistency, and customer engagement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Execute marketing strategies for
  crop care brands.
• 
  New product development and
  launches.
• 
  Manage brand budgets
• 
  Input in short term and long term
  forecasting
• 
  Recommend pricing strategies to
  achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• 
  Ensure compliance with company
  policies and statutory guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
  Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 
  1–2 years’ experience in brand or
  customer marketing (agriculture sector experience is an advantage).
• 
  Strong creative marketing,
  planning, and project management skills.
• 
  Proficient in MS Office (Word,
  Excel, PowerPoint).
