We are looking for an exceptional Customer Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and executing strategic trade marketing plans to maximise brand visibility, drive sales, and foster strong relationships with key retailers. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and sales targets. How you will contribute
Lead the development of the customer marketing strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment across key campaigns
Manage and be accountable for the A&C budget for customer, POS and trade press spend, ensuring delivery against agreed ROI and budget targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distribution partners
Serve as a single point of contact for all trade marketing related enquiries across Europe
Work in partnership with the European team to create a high impact, commercially robust execution strategy across key European markets, aligned with brand campaigns, and NPD launches
Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales uplift, market share, and return on investment (ROI).
Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify best practices.
Own the creation, portfolio and inventory of all trade marketing materials, including the end-to-end project management of each material
Educate and incentivise local teams on best in-class execution
