This role embraces Trade Marketing planning and execution responsibility to ultimately deliver sustained material brand growth across the entire portfolio. We are looking for a unique individual that can manage through ambiguity to deliver projects as planned with support from other functions within the organization.
Meaningful Work from Day One
As Customer Marketing Manager you act as a vital bridge between brand strategy and commercial execution. The role embraces planning, targets setting and monitoring, brand championship, excellence in winning at point of purchase, cross functional collaboration and agility across the full portfolio, over 4 channels and big global customers based in Europe.
The role includes support to key account managers and Trade Marketing planning responsibility to ultimately deliver sustained brand and business growth.
What You Can Expect
Manage the Customer Marketing Planning in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India
Responsible for the EMEAI customer marketing planning and implementation; define the annual trade marketing plan for B-F Brands, setting the KPI’s & planning in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial team.
Trade show attendance and Customer meetings: serve as “face of the brand” and leader in establishing productive relationships with customers through various meeting formats, including trade shows.
Work with agencies and suppliers of promotion items, merchandising units and promotions to ensure timely implementation.
Coordinate goals setting and measurements to ensure goals are achieved throughout both physical and digital connections with traveller / shopper: reach, impression, engagement, trials, volume uplifts.
Strategic thinking, evaluation and recommendation: the EMEAI Customer Marketing Manager actively participates in the brand’s strategic plan by analyzing past activation programs, sharing his recommendations and optimization, maximizing ROI and brand equity building.
Proficient suggestions to support synergies in the GTR region or with B-F Local Economies.
Trade Marketing Plans Implementation for the Region
Define, manage, and follow up annual activation plan, working in close contact with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance departments, and leading external agencies.
Following airport and channel prioritization, be responsible of the excellence of execution for all activations.
Drive continuous evaluation & improvement plan with relevant KPIs, documented and shared with relevant partner.
Responsible for budget, budget allocation & tracking: A&P EMEAI budget management.
Collect & share competitor’s activations, best practices.
Be a cornerstone player of the omnichannel brand physical presence : Activation / organizing programs at the PoP.
Lead and develop the team
Management of the EMEAI Customer Marketing Team (2 persons).
Handle team professional growth, sets up tools and processes that will invite continuous performance improvement.
Act as a role model of B-F values and culture, create diverse and inclusive environment.
Manage the Customers’ digital ecosystem planning
Lead the planning related to the Customer’s Digital Ecosystem.
Leverage the full extent of the customer’s digital solutions to address the regional communications objectives.
Properly measure, evaluate and optimize all digital campaigns working closely with the GTR IMC Manager.
What You Bring to the Table
A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of brand or trade marketing experience.
Strong analytical skills, organization and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work on projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate very effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment.
Experience in people management and development.
Fluent in the understanding, practice and implementation of the marketing mix to achieve brand business objectives.
Ability and readiness to travel within the region and internationally : Travel 25%-30%.
Successful track record in full mix trade marketing in the premium spirits industry and/or luxury brands.
