The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Customer Marketing Manager will own the lifecycle across our member journey. You’ll design behaviour-led journeys, build and run automation programs end-to-end, and continuously optimise conversion, onboarding, and engagement outcomes.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Network, and Member Experience teams, and play a critical role in how our value proposition is experienced across multiple audiences.
