We are looking for a customer-obsessed marketing professional to own and evolve Tradify's customer marketing and lifecycle strategy across all regions. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of retention, engagement, and growth — responsible for deepening relationships with existing customers, reducing churn, and unlocking expansion revenue through thoughtful, well-timed marketing.
You'll design and run lifecycle programs that guide customers from onboarding through to long-term advocacy, and you'll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure every customer communication is relevant, valuable, and commercially purposeful.
You're a strategic thinker who's equally comfortable getting hands-on — building campaigns, writing briefs, analysing cohort data, and iterating fast. You care deeply about the customer experience and know how to use marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.
