JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER MARKETING INTERN

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Intern to join our office in Prague.

Your main focus :

• Managing innovations databases (downloading pack shots, aligning marketing descriptions)
• Working knowledge of brand master files to maintain and update supporting documents based on master file data.
• Preparing presentations for booklets
• Creating Purchase Order based on Customer Marketing inputs
• Preparing various analysis
• Preparation and shipment of PR packages, competition and incentive products for customers
• Monitoring of promotional activities of competitors
• Regular store checks
• Ongoing support of Customer Marketing team

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Solid analytical skills
• Very good communication skills
• Team player and proactive positive “can do” attitude
• MS Office/SAP : good knowledge of all applications: MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Very good knowledge of Czech and English language
• Previous experience in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing/Sales/Marketing team (advantage, but not mandatory)
