We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded and future-ready marketing professional to join our Consumer Retail Marketing team as Assistant Vice President (AVP). This role will drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across product campaigns and branch merchandising.

The ideal candidate is a strong marketer with the agility to embrace AI-powered ways of working, improve speed and productivity, and strengthen internal marketing capabilities. He or she should be able to leverage AI and digital tools to accelerate content development, campaign execution and reporting, while reducing reliance on external agencies for longer turnaround tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social and branch channels to drive new-to-bank and new-to-card acquisition.
  • Manage in-branch marketing collateral nationwide, ensuring materials are current, compliant and aligned to campaign priorities.
  • Work closely with Product, Digital, Compliance, Legal, IT, Operations and branch teams to deliver campaigns effectively and on time.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors on production and rollout, while identifying opportunities to bring more work in-house through smarter tools and processes.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to improve turnaround time, workflow efficiency and internal content development.
  • Monitor budgets, campaign performance and post-campaign reporting, with clear insights and recommendations for management.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, customer behaviour and new marketing technologies to continuously improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in banking, financial services, telecommunication, fmcg.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management and stakeholder coordination.

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and execution discipline.
  • Agile and adaptable, with a strong interest in innovation, AI tools and smarter ways of working.
  • Able to use AI and digital platforms to improve productivity, speed up turnaround and reduce dependency on agencies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented, with good brand and content judgment.
